I have been using this facility for years but the function has recently ceased to operate. It will import a very short cd under 5mins length but anything longer the CD just clicks in the CD drive. I have tried this with a number of CDs and the same thing happens so it is not just one CD at fault. I use this facility for cleaning up my live performances with my band from many years ago and I do miss it. Please can you help. Product is Audio Cleaning Lab 2017 updated in 2020.
