Been reading the blogs - it is a shame that a software company cannot anticipate simple set up issues. I will return the software, because if you cannot use it/activate it, what good is it.

Perhaps, rather than deciding to return MM you should allow the fellow-users who post here to try and help you get up and running?

If you want help, rather than simply posting to complain, please give us full details of your computer, exactly which version and variant of MM you have, along with exactly what happens (or doesn't) and the exact wording of any error message you receive.
