I try and open up the movie studio 16.0 Platinum application and the beginning loading screen with the fish shows up but after it finishes loading a window pops up which looks like the application but the window is white and blank and is continuously closing and reopening until it crashes and asks me if i want to send a report off about the problem. I've tried to uninstall it and then reinstall but it didn't fix the problem. I'm not sure what to do?
