Thanks for ur input but does a browser have anything to do here?

Reason why I am asking is after I purchased the full version a link was sent by MAGIX which I downloaded & then after opening that File it goes through the process of downloading & at the end that error message comes. I don't have any anti-virus loaded in my system.

If you read https://www.magix.com/gb/music/sound-forge/sound-forge-audio-studio/specifications/#c1332037 you will see that SFAS 15 is designed to run on at least Windows 8. I suspect that may be the reason for the problem you are experiencing.

Thanks Jeff for the pointer.Then I guess its a big blunder on my part as I have paid almost 50$ for the full version. Any suggestion now what can be done?

Try installing again by downloading and using the unpacked files here. Many have experienced and reported glitches when downloading the (secondary) install manager.

I do not know if AS-15 will run Win 7, nor do I have W7 to try.. but typically, an error message appears to state an OS incompatibility..

This shows a 1.9GB File.Will u mind to share please as what is that?
