When you see this, try refreshing your browser I had it happen once and this gave me the code.  If that does not work try another browser.

Ok, thanks for trying my suggestion.  What security are you using?  Sometimes your security will block the code boxes when that happens to me I just pause the AV and the Firewall for a short period of time and try it again.  Don't forget to re-start it.

This is a long shot, but are your eyes in any way color sensitive or has your monitor recently been calibrated

I presume you mean the point where you should see a code as in the image George posted below

This code is an image and I am assuming that you were using Internet Explorer and when you installed Firefox and Chrome you allowed them to import the settings from IE.

There a two options in your browser which may stop this being displayed:

1. Image display is turned on in your browser 

2. Cross domain browsing is disabled
