Unable to add soundpool that was bought from Producerplanet

Hello, So I bought a soundpool from the producer planet website

I bought the Studio Box Mark II: Nature

It doesn't show up on the Magix Music Maker software and I have tried several times to import it by adding a soundpool through the small cog in the soundpool tab. It doesn't show up in the store tab either.

I have tried both the clean up store and rescan soundpool options and it has not fixed anything.

I have noticed the the folder is missing 4-5 files

BPM, Cover, Description, properties.json files. If they are needed or not I'm unsure. Tried googling but didn't get an answer there. Nor would I know what or how to "Make" these files.

Does anyone have an idea on what to do?

@ArticReaper This isn't a Magix Soundpool. To load the files into your project use the internal file browser in Music Maker or drag and drop the audio files from Windows Explorer into your project.

@ArticReaper

Hi

The category description of Studio Box Mark II: Nature states it is a Sample FX not a Soundpool.
