tv tuner with Movies on DVD 8

Hi,

I have a trial version of Movies on DVD 8 and I am having a problem getting the software to connect with my Pinnacle USB TV Tuner card. The software recognizes the devise but I am getting an error that says it cannot connect with it.

Does anyome know how to get the software to connect to a USB TV Tuner card?

Hi,

Try running a different/newer driver for the TV hardware. Especially if BDA drivers are available for your device, remove the old WDM drivers you might still be using and install the BDA ones. See whether that makes program and hardware harmonize. Beyond that, there's probably not that much you can do. :-(
