Have asked this question before, since the last answer I have formatted my C drive and reloaded MMM2014 and Robota does not open and the program freezes, then I shut it of with task manager. Read someone else ran a repair on SMS2014, did that with no luck. Have also run Repair on all the add-on package files as well.

What OS are you on?
Have you tried other features and if so, which ones, and did they appear to work for you ? Or is this an excllusibely Robota issue ?
Perhpas some robota files are missing . You might have robota icon in the program but it could be misisng files if install was corrupted .

Your error message is from Microsoft and is stating there is an issue with a Service Pack 2 download...perhaps when you re-formatted, it wasn't 100% sucesssful Xfer of all files
