Trying to move Photostory 23 from my old tablet to my new desktop

I cannot access my account because I don't know the password and the email address on the account is from a website I no longer own. I can't reset the password because I can't receive and email at the old account. I can give you the order# and serial number if that would unlock my account. thx

Email Magix at infoservice@magix.net quoting your order number and old email address and ask them to change you account to your new email address.

Once done you should use the Forgotten email address/password option to reset to a password of your choosing.

Never post the order number or serial number in the forum, it is open to the public, and no one should ask your for those details.
