Can you post the "MediaInfo" attributes, or the file itself on a cloud sharing site like Dropbox, Google drive, OneDrive, ect., ect.
Otherwise, transcode it the PCM format in one of the online file convert websites like Zamzar.

@RalfvP, yes it is a ATRAC1 encoded file, but MediaInfo does not read the attributes for some reason. I could not find an online converter either, though I did not spend too much search time, VLC would not open it either.. which is rare, I was however able to open it in MPC-HC and loop over to SFP to render a PCM file. FFMPEG may work, l but I could not find it or it got uninstalled when I was drunk.
If you only have a few files, PM me and I would happy to convert them for you.

btw, the music and the quality is very good!

Addendum, I found and re-installed FFMPEG which transcoded the ATRAC1 file to PCM faster and easier than the MPC> SF combo.
