Hi

Are your GTX680 drivers up to date?

Is Direct X up to date?

Does your computer have on board graphics - if so have you disabled it in the BIOS?

Also the image you posted is too large to read the error message clearly - which I assume is telling you the harware acceleration cannot be initialised.

I have exact same problem with h/w acceleration on GTX 680.

this is not the case in the drivers.

This occurs only with the Geforce GTX 6-series on all Video Pro X4,5, Movie Edit Pro 2013.

Glitch in the encoder somewhere in this programs.

Do you have HardwareAcceleration tuned on in the programs and are you setting the Calculate video effects on GPU option in the export.burn dialog?

Image not working - see here this is the mpg dialog, however it is the same for other types where it can be used

If you are using this second setting - turn it off and try again.

There is an issue with the Main Concept mp4 encoder and using the GPU option shown in the image.
