Comments johnebaker wrote on 7/22/2012, 4:17 AM Hi Are your GTX680 drivers up to date? Is Direct X up to date? Does your computer have on board graphics - if so have you disabled it in the BIOS? Also the image you posted is too large to read the error message clearly - which I assume is telling you the harware acceleration cannot be initialised. John ghostlamer wrote on 2/5/2013, 11:53 AM I have exact same problem with h/w acceleration on GTX 680. this is not the case in the drivers. This occurs only with the Geforce GTX 6-series on all Video Pro X4,5, Movie Edit Pro 2013. Glitch in the encoder somewhere in this programs. johnebaker wrote on 2/5/2013, 12:24 PM Hi Do you have HardwareAcceleration tuned on in the programs and are you setting the Calculate video effects on GPU option in the export.burn dialog? Image not working - see here this is the mpg dialog, however it is the same for other types where it can be used If you are using this second setting - turn it off and try again. There is an issue with the Main Concept mp4 encoder and using the GPU option shown in the image. HTH John 1
