Troubles With Recording With MIDI Keyboard

Hey I am having troubles recording from my MIDI keyboard into musicmaker. My keyboard is recognized my the program and it plays music from whatever instrument I have selected. The problem is when I click record and I play, after I stop the recording, nothing has recorded. I have tried everything I can think of, yet nothing works. Please help!

Try setting up for the recording as shown below:

At step 6 try using the computer keyboard and your midi keyboard.

Note: wif you are using Music Maker Premium then the location of the synthesizers is slightly different, however the sequence above will work.
