windows 10 ver 20h2 will not instal driver for the video grabber ,gets so far then says it encountered a problem ...(conexant polaris unused CIR function}

Assuming you have the Magix converter the correct drivers for Windows 10 are here.

If you USB converter is black and has K0065 or K0067 printed on it then use the Premium driver.
