Hi and welcome to the forum.

Assuming that you are using a USB video capture device check the following:

  • Windows, Settings, Privacy, Camera, Allow desktop apps to access your camera is turned on.
     
  • The USB capture device has the correct drivers - if it is a Magix device the Windows 10 drivers are here.
     
  • The capture device is available and selected in Video Easy under the Import video, Import from analogue sources option
     
  • The SCART connector, if being used, is an 'Out' connector or if it has an In/Out switch it is set to Out
