Transferring projects to new phone

Tab wrote on 3/6/2019, 4:14 PM

I have bought some loop packs for MMJ, and also created a number of projects on my Android phone. I have registered, too.

Then I have got a new Android phone, installed MMJ and logged in. All my packs are now added correctly, but projects are missing. I suppose they are stored locally on the old phone. In the MMJ folder ('Music') I can not see any project files, however.

My question is: how to move/copy them to the new phone? Or where they are stored?

Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

MMJ has a dedicated forum area, with emails links etc., here. I suggest you read that linked post and then contact that dedicated support.

Thanks emmrecs.

It is a pity that 'dedicated forum area' is in fact an email to contact support only, not forum as such.

@Tab

I understand your concern about the lack of a forum area for MMJ.

As a moderator I was advised by Magix staff that any support query about the app should be directed to that channel. I believe it may be because the actual app was created by a "different" company and that company, rather than Magix support staff, are responsible for handling any queries.

Also, my impression is that very few users of MMJ actually visit or post here.
