Many host providers (new host) do all the legwork for you - you just fill in the required forms and the rest is done by them - this is how Magix transfer domains in.

If the provider does not do this then you have to cancel your contract with Magix requesting the information you require to complete the transfer and then complete the paperwork for the new provider - see section 14 here.
