transfer ringtones to Samsung SCH-R500L

Have A Samsung SCH-R500L. how can i transfer the ringtones i made to it? I've tried Transfering it through the USB to the sd card & e-mail but can't- NEED HELP

Membership is $12 a year. ($0.99 a month).

You can enter up to 4 phone numbers to send ringtones and pictures to. Once you enter a phone number, you cannot delete or change it. You CAN change the type of phone for each number, so if somebody upgrades, you can still send files.

I have 2 accounts (I also got my memberships when it was $8 for lifetime membership). On my main account, it says I have sent 382 files for an estimated value of $1142.00. Not bad.
