transfer mix packs and projects from phone Music Maker Jam to pc

I have 2 big issues!

1- I created over 30 songs on the phone version of Music Mix Maker but when I upgraded my phone, all of my projects disappeared. Is there a way to locate those projects so that I can make changes to the song?

2 - I want to upgrade to the PC version of MAGIX but I've accumulated over 100 mix packs on my phone. Is there a way to transfer my mix packs to the PC full software editions?
