I recently purchased Xara Web Designer Premium. Several years ago Magix took over SonyCreativeSoftware. I own a copy of Vegas 18. I believe I have a Magix account related to Sony Vegas, and now I may have created 2 accounts with Magix for my Web Designer Premium software.

I just learned that we are not allowed to have multiple accounts with Magix. Also complicating matters is the fact that my earlier email provider is going away and that I have to move to a new provider. Furthermore, I find that Magix has several different URLs for support. What I have seen are: support2.magix.com/customer/en/request www.magix.com/ap/servicecenter/index.php and magix.info/us/support.

I am not sure how to proceed from here. My email address that is going away is the cableone address. I wish to retain the gmail address and satisfy your requirement of only having one account.
