Titles

This mail is in reference to the same problem that I had addressed a few months ago.
The issue is with some of the Titles. Whenever I try to use the some titles--- Fades, Type-Writer and under the 3D ones (Animated, Lighting, Different), I get a message that reads “The file format of ………cannot be read. Please make sure that the drive is not full or write-protected.”
Last time, when I addressed the problem to MAGIX, I was asked to re-install the MEP 18. I did as per the instructions but none of these Titles worked. Rather I had to download again the Extras that really were painful both for the internet speed and expense.
I will be very thankful if someone is kind enough to help me out with these Titles.

Did these titles ever work for you at any time?

I am not exactly sure what could cause a title to not work, and the error I think is suggesting that it cannot find the information reguarding the font, and what the font does (in this case a fade movement). I can see where support was asking for the program to be reinstalled and or the downloading and re-installing of any content packs with this sort of error. It simply seems that the program cannot find the necessary material for this title.

Now, none of that is of any help to you, but we need to find the root of the issue. I am going to assume it is not just that one font that you are having trouble with... I seem to remember you mentioning that you had trouble with the 3D titles because of the Xara aspect of the title.

This title is also using the Xara protocols. I think the problem is within that area. It is the extra programs that come with the Movie Edit Pro that need to be installed in the default locations so all the access to them are recognized with Movie Edit Pro. (this also makes sense with the support request of re-installing)

So, have these every worked for you?
