First, please read this pinned post and give us ALL the information listed there. At the moment we know nothing about your computer or even the version and variant of Music Maker (?) which you have.

Then, please describe exactly what you are trying to do (step by step) and what it that is not working as you wish. At the moment your post makes rather limited sense and it is very difficult for us to help you without a lot more information from you.

I have loaded key melody into music maker. However, the timing needs to be changed (slowed down). Also need to enter solo, etc. How? (as you can see, I am new to this, but have been attempting for quite a while). Thanks in advance for any help. Have had the melody, words done. Just can't get it together :)😕😕

Before I attempt to offer suggestions about how to go about what you seem to want to do, can you please answer all the questions in my previous post, especially about your computer and the exact version and variant of Music Maker you are using?

It would also be very helpful to know whether that "key melody" is an audio or a Midi file.
