The wave shape device 'Line in' cannot be opened for recording!

When I try to record from external tape or turntable, program is unable to get the input from line in. I am using a Sound Blaster Z audio card. I can hear the sounds on my computer through the speakers, but Audio Cleaning Lab 4 is unable to open the device.

@powerman49 Please check in your Windows settings if you have allowed ACL4 to be able to record audio.
