Hi

More information is required:

  1. Which version of Video Easy are you using?
     
  2. Has the video been recorded using Video Easy or imported from a camera?
     
  3. If recorded using Video Easy what method and settings did you use?
     
  4. If imported from a camera, how did you do this, what is the format of the video and is the audio there if it is played using Window Media Player or VLC?

Please help us help you by giving as much relevant information as possible.
