Assuming Video Easy can see the USB video converter.
Check in the Windows settings, Privacy & Security, App permissions section that the Microphone and Camera options have the Let desktop apps access your microphone/camera turned on.
If Video Easy cannot see the video converter re -install the correct driver from here following the procedure given..

Jamie, plug it in to your TV; it should have an AV input function, possibly with a combo cable with the Yellow, Red and White plugs on one end and a 3.5mm male plug on the other. Or it might have the standard three Y,R,W sockets. If you see a good picture on the TV, you'll be good to go, VCR-wise.
