The update is now making me register my software again-need code

I have had Magix Music Maker since 2018. It has made me re-register before and I lost my loops that I paid for, now it wants me to register again and I don't know where my p3- is because I have misplaced the software disk in the past 2 years. My account will show the reigstered software twice. How do I fix this? Can you combine my previous accounts? Can you give me a new registration code so my software will work. It worked fine until I did the last update.

Why can't you use your P3 serial number from your account?

Because I have lost the serial number from 2 years ago. I am not sure where the cd case went from when I moved. However, why would it require me to ever put it in again after I registered the first time. That seems like a software glitch. I should not need to hold on to that number forever or have to keep re-registering it. My e-mail has not changed. It is still letting me use the software, so it is fine.

You can just login on magix.com with your e-mail and password and look up your lost serial number because you registered it. You don't need the cd case.
