Try resetting the program to its default settings - File, Settings, Reset. It will reset all of your settings to Default.

Then do one more thing if you wish?

Clear your internet browser's History and Cookies. Restart your computer. Start Music Maker and see if it solved your problem or not.

I hope your Browser/Windows/Adobe flash Player and Java are updated too.
