@GoblinsCreative Have you tried the usual solutions for problems with Music Maker like opening the program settings and clicking on the button to clean up the store or resetting the program settings under the File > Settings menu?

I have the same problem. I've tried every solution I can think of but I can't buy a soundpool collection either through Music Maker or Producer Planet.

I´ve tried everything I can. Shouldn't there be a download feature somewhere?

There is a Downloads tab on the main workscreen of MM which is a user-selectable option to have visible or otherwise.

I purchased several items a couple of days ago but since yesterday all purchases fail at the checkout. I don't want to reveal in an open forum any details about payment methods but the one I was using has stopped working without explanation and there is no option to change to any other method. I can't continue this conversation in an insecure data environment but it was fine until yesterday and now it isn't. I'm guessing that the lack of options is something to do with not being from either Germany or the USA. I'll just have to leave it and use generic sample packs instead of Magix soundpools. It's irritating though.

I recently received MAGIX as a christmas gift. I have the voucher code and registered the product as much as I could but I haven't received the email with the Product Serial Number needed for activation. Is there any other way to receive the serial number I need?

@josh-c In case your serial number was already registered in your customer account, you only need to log in at Magix.com and then look under "My Products". If the serial isn't listed there please contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net

So, I did find a workaround. I´m using file manager. Don´t clap yet. I still have an issue with the shop. That being said, I also don´t fancy the idea having to re-purchase all instruments or soundpools. That´s why I am a little disappointed. If there is a way to keep all my stuff, with the update, I will be one happy customer
