The problem with the registration Magix Music 2014

JAProject wrote on 1/21/2017, 10:58 AM

Good afternoon. After 3 attempts to register Music Maker 2014, the program will refuse to register. How can I fix it? It is possible to make an infinite number of activation? I bought 3 boxes of Music Maker 2014. It is possible to make all these versions with an infinite number of activation?

Hi

Try contacting support @ magix.com

. . . . I bought 3 boxes of Music Maker 2014 . . . .

If you are using one serial number for all three installations then this is incorrect - you must use one box licence/serial number per computer.

Activation of older versions of Music Maker, ie pre Music Maker 2015 was limited to 3 times before activation was not possible. In which case you need to contact support at magix.com to have the activation counter reset.

For Music Maker 2015 and later versions you can install on multiple computers with one serial number, however only computer can be activated at a time unless you purchase more licences/activation slots as required.

With multiple installations and a single licence, activating another installation deactivates the previously used computer.

JAProject,

No-one here actually works for Magix support; we are simply users, like you.

However, I think you should go to http://www.magix.com/us/support/technical-support/ and open a support ticket. The email address that you posted, info@magix.com, is not the correct one for obtaining any sort of technical assistance.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the link http://www.magix.com/us/support/technical-support/ can't write to technical support :(

I have to ask why you "can't write to technical support" from the listed page? You do need to have a Magix account, and hence a registered product, but there is nothing else that I know that can prevent you accessing the secure pages where you would raise a support ticket.

So, what happens if you attempt to log into your account pages, assuming you have an account?

Hi

@ JAProject

The link provided by Jeff takes you to the online support page, did you read through the article and follow the instructions to take you to the online support near the bottom of the page?

If you have you should have ended up here which gives you various options to follow through.

It turns out there is a point associated with my problem.

The maximum number of activation has been reached. What can I do?

If the maximum number of activations has been reached then you must contact the Magix Customer Service department.

Simply create a Support Request to MAGIX Customer Service. Remember to include the product that is affected. We will then be able to increase your activation limit.
