Dear Magix Music Maker Users,

I have a following problems:
1. The program is "fly away" so suddenly stop working and restart by itself.
2. The program is exchange my saved instruments. And my own loops that I made with midi controller it lost. Very strange..
3. And sometimes the program is freeze, and sometimes when I press the stop button or just I hear a loop , the voice is hang so just hear one as if it got stuck. And suddenly stop working.

What do you think that is magix music maker problem? Or my computer? Or my voice card?

I have Magix Music Maker premium 2020 edition

Thank you for your answer! Tomaas

I don't understand all that well what you're saying, but I may have some ideas. I need some clarification though.

  1. What do you mean by "fly away"? Do you mean to say that it closes automatically and restarts sometimes? If so, that happens sometimes. The program crashes on occasion, and it has some auto-restart function built in to detect when it crashes and start up again automatically. Annoyingly enough, this can happen occasionally even when you close it yourself.
  2. I'm not sure what exactly it is is happening here. Do you mean that when the program restarts you lose your work? This is normal, as when a program crashes it loses your progress. Save often. In terms of the "exchanging instruments" thing, do you mean that the instruments all move to different tracks? I've had this happen before, but rarely. It usually happens if I press "delete track" or "clean track" on the wrong track and then try to undo my mistake.
  3. This is a different crash. It's very annoying and I agree it should be fixed as soon as possible, but it is the program's fault. There's nothing to do when it happens but just wait for it to close on its own. Remember to save your work often so you don't lose it when it does.
