The Licence Information isn't clear in the New Music Maker Plus

I just got to new Music Maker Plus, and I'm confused about a few things: 1) In the Store,the products that are $19 mention the music is for non-commercial only, but nothing is mentioned for the $49 products. I don't want to purchase without know the license, and sadly it's impossible to get more information from inside the Store, which doesn't seem connected to catooh at all. Does anyone know about this?

I assume you are referring to the licensing conditions for a given Soundpool as shown in the image below

Which Soundpool(s) at $49 are you referring to?

Looks like an oversight on the part of Magix. You can consider that the license that you are getting is the same as for the individual Soundpools - non-commercial. The 49$ offer is for several (usually 5) Soundpools for less than the price of the individual Soundpools, otherwise the price would be much more.
