The download link on my purchased products page for xara xtreme 5 keeps saying error for the url has the work mp4 converter in it. I've spent 15 minutes looking for contact e-mail this is was the best solution I could find. Can someone tell me who to e-mail to resolve this? Its kinda ridculus I have to jump through all these hoops to download a program I own...
