The DLM is having issues.

I am reaching out on behalf of a corporate client. It appears that the DLM is having issues getting past a his corporate firewall. Is there a way to get access to full installation executables (zip, exe, etc) for the registered products instead of using the DLM? We have had no issues with other software downloads (Izotope, Waves), so how do we fix? Thank you.

@SvenssonSJ You should be able to get the full installer from support at infoservice@magix.net

Alternatively run the DLM on a different computer and copy the installer after the download from C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\MAGIX Downloads\Installationsmanager to your clients computer.

@SP. Thanks, I rec'd an email from support with a link to a full installer. All good now!
