Newbie here :(
I layed out text titlesover no background = black. Then decided to add pic to background. Dragged pic in but text titles are underneath. Help doesn't seem to cover it. Anyone?

The track you put an object on determines where the object appears - think of the tracks as a series of layers. Track 1 is the bottom layer so this is the 'background' . Other objects placed on higher track number will appear in front of the lower track numbers.
For example to put a title on top of a picture the picture could go on track 1, the title on track 2. So in your case you need to drag the title on to a higher track number than the picture.
It does not particularly matter which track the picture and title go on so long as they are in the correct order.
