Text Margins

I'm trying out This programme with view to purchase but am unable to get Text Margins without using the tab ruler. Where do I go?I've been several hours on this. I like the programme but there has to be an easy way to establish margins between the edge of text and the edge of the page. It's there for border boxes and for objects but not text.

I still haven't been able to set margins to set measurements. Is there anywhere that you can state distances from page edges to text the text column for any size paper. The start menu gives you single column on A4 but where can you adjust the width of the margins provided?
