Tech support number does not work

forum says Technical Support +1 775 562 0528 Mon – Fri, 4am - 9am EST

 

Called no answer ... eventual message saying no answer, sorry .. then disconnects. Payed for product 3 days ago, download doesn't work. Phone from website doesn't work. did get eventual answer from ticket guys saying my problem was unclear - answered immediately with download doesn't work and screen shots --- still waiting ....
