Support for Independence and Yellow Tools

Where do I get support for my Yellow Tools products? I have repeatedly contacted Yellow Tools and not had any help.

I bought Symphonic Orchestra for Indepence for about 100 euro months back and have never been able to download it as the download link doesn't work!

Also, numerous problems and reinstalls mean that I have used all my activations for Independence - I was not aware that a reinstall did not require a reactivation. Can I get another activation so that I can install it on my new PC? I know that as an existing customer I am eligible to buy it for a very low price but I am VERY reluctant to shell out more money when I haven't received what I already paid for!

Please help

Yellow tools are telling mne to add as a VST but it doesnt work at all.

Did you ever get this to work?

i keep on puting the VST file in the VST plugin folder under

C:\Program Files (x86)\MAGIX\Music_Maker_MX_Production_Suite\MusicEditor\VstPlugins but no luck!!

I created a seperate VST plugin folder under my documents.  All the other vst's work except this one.

I've also contacted Best Service and they very kindly reset my Independence activations - at least somebody is offering some sort of support!

The big problem remains though -  I have spent money on a product that has not been delivered to me! The download link does not work and nobody at Yellow Tools seems to want to sort it out!

Magix support contacted me and I finally got my product - I had to install Google Chrome in order to download it but I've finally got it!

To be fair customer support has improved massively since Magix took over Yellow Tools - ie, now there actually is some support. Thank you.

Yes i had to use Chrome to get the files in the end.

I have been dealing with this guy at Yellowtools and he has given me some instructions on how to activate the instruments in production studio.

SO far no luck, but apprently if you bought MM Production Studio as a download this makes the activation process a lot easier apparently as once you have installed Music Maker, independence is not automatically loaded. Once you have loaded music maker the program contacts their website to download Independence Basic. It is this part that works with the download version.

A boxed version doesnt let you opt out of independence.

My thinking there is a bug here on the boxed version.   

I'll update on my progress here!

What is your problem? Are you getting an error message? Maybe us users can help you if you describe your problem.
