Where do I get support for my Yellow Tools products? I have repeatedly contacted Yellow Tools and not had any help.
I bought Symphonic Orchestra for Indepence for about 100 euro months back and have never been able to download it as the download link doesn't work!
Also, numerous problems and reinstalls mean that I have used all my activations for Independence - I was not aware that a reinstall did not require a reactivation. Can I get another activation so that I can install it on my new PC? I know that as an existing customer I am eligible to buy it for a very low price but I am VERY reluctant to shell out more money when I haven't received what I already paid for!
