When I submit a support request, I receive a 16 reference number but no way of accessing the request or chasing it - should I note it at the time, but still no way of following up? Is there a support phone number??? Any comments ?
A number of users have reported this over a period of some weeks, I think. I understand, from information received from a member of Magix staff, that this is a "glitch" which can occur and which started when quite substantial changes were recently made to the forums and Magix email servers.
As @johnebaker says, simply "Reply" to the email. The Reference/Ticket Number should be in the subject line of the email (so don't attempt to remove it!) and your reply to the ticket will be "received" and should be acknowledged.
