Subscription not working

I payed for the monthly subscription and it shows in the store its acquired but the subscription music I have downloaded onto the computer is light grey and I can not access it. I tried re-scanning the loop packs but that did nothing, I tried downloading newest version that did nothing, I looked through service support and that's a nightmare. Please help

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Try signing out of the store, close Music Maker, restart Music Maker after about 1 min, then login to the store again to see if they activate.
