Last night I signed up for Music Makers "Unlimited Loops" subscription plan. I checked with my bank and everything checked out (Meaning the transaction worked). For about 2 hours I received all the features of the plan until the program froze. I waited for a while then I decided to just shut off my computer. Once I reopened the program I noticed I could update it. Once the update was done it still had my subscription but I couldn't use any features of the subscription. I would have to pay for any loops and the loops I had already downloaded I couldn't use. (*Side Issue* The cover pictures of each loop have disappeared except for a couple of them) The subscription hasn't been cancelled. Please let me know how to get those features back.
