Hi

We need more information:

  1. Which version of Movie Edit Pro ( MEP ) are you using - please give the ull name - and is it patched up to date?

  2. What is your computer specification - please be specific - ie:
        - processor make/model
        - RAM installed
        - Graphics card or chipset used

  3. Windows version, if 10 was this an upgrade from 7 or 8?  If an upgrade was MEP installed before the upgrade?

  4. Was MEP working OK switching between Timeline,  Scene overview and Storyboard mode previously?

Hi

Thanks for the information -

. . . . . No idea if patched . . . .

In the program click Help, About - you should find the version number there - the last patch was 13.0.5.4 - if yours is a lower 13.0 .x .x.  number then click Help, Update online to see if there is a later patch available.

. . . . Can't find graphic card specs . . . .

Do you have a NVidia or AMD Radeon graphics card installed?

. . . . Windows 7 Ultimate . . . . RAM 8GB, 4 usable . . . .

This must be a 32 bit version of Windows 7 - can you confirm by right clicking the computer icon on the desk top and select Properties there you should see a line that says System type:  xx bit operating system where xxx is either 32 or 64.

Please check whether there has been a recent update to Windows 7 - since the last time you know MEP was working correctly -  using this method.

HTH

1, have updated Magix Movie Edit Pro. After update, problem with view modes persists

2. NVidia installed. Under "Video" specs, see nvViTvS.dll and nvViTvSR.dll

3. Windows 7 64-bit and updated

Still unable to call up storyboard or scene overview. Sent you all the specs and things. What do I need to do to see storyboard.?
