However, a pure guess, there are 6 items of some kind you can download from the store to your computer?

on the program i got it has a store tab i already downloaded what comes with the program now it has a six on the tab it had a 5 the other day

I apologise for repeating myself yet again but we need much more information about the specific version of the program and your computer, please.

Did you open the store tab and see whether 6 items are highlighted for you?

Yes, Did you open the store tab and see whether 6 items are highlighted for you? Specifically, are there six items listed there with downward pointing arrows or with an indication that they are available to download?

Yes I already downloaded what was extra with the program at the very beginning there were 5 notifications I did all five and then now six more popped up and I can't find where it would be coming from. I've searched through every tab under the store tab
