Do you hear a white noise static or crackling? Do you use an audio interface? What audio driver is selected in your program settings? What is your Windows version? Is your Windows version updated?
Yes and the computer, and both are fine. it is only when i am using making music 2020 do i hear the static, not in any other programs. I very much like the program, but the static is unbearable. HELP PLEASE

MY SECOND RESPONSE:
Thank you for getting back to me. There is no white noises, but there is a lot of static and some crackling. I tested the computer and the speakers with other programs and the sound was great. I almost bought another set of speakers, but choose not to.
I do not use an audio interface, I never did before and all was great. The audio driver being used is ASIO and it also says that there is Low Latency 2016.
I am using Windows 10 and yes it is kept updated. I had not used the Music Maker 2020 in a while, and when I went to use it there were all kinds of issues. So I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. When I was using it before it was doing this but not as much. When I was using the Music Maker 2019 I did not have this problem.
I don't understand why it is doing this and really need your help. Eric
