Start and End Markers

I'm new to this version of MusicMaker and just cannot see how to set a start and end Marker to identify a range. Thick as a brick and not getting it from the manual either. Can someone give me a tip on this.. Just purchased version 21.0.0.30... Thanks

Start by watching this tutorial. I believe that I explain about the yellow bar at the top in the tutorial.
