Start and End Marker to small to drag or adjust - Yellow Bar at top

I am not able to drag or adjust the yellow bar at the top to extend the playback area. Also instead of playing from where I set the red line, the song now starts from the beginning and plays to the red line. I can't find a single article on this anywhere.

@Charles-Shaw Usually it helps if you press SHIFT+F12 on your keyboard to optimize the view.
