Stabilisation of Video

I recorded my video using a SONY Camcorder. But the images are little shaky. Can anyone guide me how do I reduce this shaky-ness. What is the method and where can I find the processes?

Hi Again,

You are busy today. To get to the stabilizer select the clip to be stabilized then right click on your mouse, select "Image Stabilization" and the stabilizer will open. You will probably need to experiment withdifferent settings to get what you want.
