@bluedevil_54162 Please check the Download Tab for features which aren't installed yet. There should be a button for the spectrum analyzer in the top toolbar.

I checked that already still no luck

Sorry i have not got back to you I am currently away let me just explain ok so in the main user interface the main screen in the program on top of the screen where you have the icons you can add or remove items to your workflow example keyboard, sound pools,mixer etc there used to be a option to have the spectrum analyzer it now no longer exists that way. I have already made sure i downloaded all the add ons and nothing so even looked though the program settings checked all the menus nothing so that said unless i am missing something please let me know???

I also presume that you input the serial number for Premium in Music Maker 2024 to activate it and then downloaded and installed everything under the Downloads window.

Did you try shortcut E?

Here is where I see Spectrum Visualizer 2:

If you still can't find it, look under the Store, Features. Make sure that under the parameters "Show purchased items" is checked. Look for the Spectrum Visualizer 2. Does it have a price on it? If so, then it is not detecting that you have it.

In that case, on the startup screen, do you see that Music Maker Premium 2024 has been activated?

The Spectrum Visualizer is also missing from my MMM 2024 Platinum 365 and is not showing as a purchased item in the Store.

MMM 2024 Platinum 365 - Platinum? You have something I don't see on the Magix website. I only get the Premium with perpetual license.

EDIT: Do you mean Premium Loops Unlimited? I see that you get a credit for Premium so you would have to activate that credit, I presume, in order to get the Spectrum Visualizer.

Yes my bad that's what I ment and yes if activated all my other paid plugins work otherwise if it wasn't activated they don't work as well everything has been installed and updated as far as i can see

No, John is saying that he does not have a serial key for MM Premium 2024 but is running that version under his 2022 key, which can be done. The downside is that features which are solely and directly connected to the 2024 serial key, like this Visualizer, are not available (unless the user chooses to buy this feature as an add-on).

In my case, since I am still running on a MM Premium 2023 licence I also do not have that feature. I need to upgrade!

Do you have Premium 2024 or Premium 2024 Unlimited Loops?

Do you see Premium 2024 on the Startup Dialog screen?

In the above screen showing MM2024, the latest Edition that I have is Premium Edition 2023. You should have 2024 if you have activated the serial number. Has it been activated?

Hi Jeff and John,

I have Spectrum Visualizer 2 because I happened to notice that I had some credits on the Features page of the Store, so I was able to get it. You may want to take a look to see if you have any credits there.

About 2024 Premium Unlimited Loops, in the Store there is a long list of what is included. Spectrum Visualizer 2 is shown but there is also a credit for Premium Edition 2024. I can only assume that a credit would show up under Editions in the Store and one would have to use the credit to get Premium Edition 2024. After that, Spectrum Visualizer 2 might show up under downloads if it hasn't already happened.
