How do I speak to customer service. I had sound forge pro13 on my previous computer and it died and I need to know how to get my sound forge pro back. I don't believe I ever set up anything to keep my activation code I only just made an account right now

First, please do not create duplicate posts. I have closed your other post.
Second, when you originally installed SF Pro 13, in order to run it you would have needed to set up a Magix account and register the product. So, please go to your Magix account page, log in and go to My products, where you should find SF Pro 13 listed, along with the activation key/serial code.
Clearly, all the above assumes you can remember your login details, which are, almost certainly, NOT the same as your login to this forum! You can click on the link on the account login page "I have forgotten my password" if that is what has happened but whether that is successful will depend entirely on you being able to remember the email address you used to originally register.
If you are unable to log in and find the detail you want you will need to email infoservice@magix.net, giving as much detail as you can about your original purchase, and ask for their help in retrieving your account details.
