spacepad,electric bass vst's have become deactivated-how do i reactivate?

I have Magix music maker 2013 premium which I purchased on CD's. Since a har disk upgrade ,when I try to load a project it says the licence neds activating for the vst's. all was well before. When I enter serial number of my cd it does not accept it?

any ideas anyone?

Go to home page, log in, go to "My products/programs"....can't remember which and it will show what you have purchased and registered, according to Magix, and get your product codes and do a re-install. I think that will help you
