soundpools purchased

Hi I have Music Maker Free Steam Edition and I bought a soundpool pack from the official store and I don't see it in the list of soundpools in the program I try to add it by folder but nothing found it's nowhere and on the store page it says purchased and it showed a message that it must be downloaded and installed and then nothing, no reaction in the program, no messages.

@B4D Is it a Magix Soundpool? If the audio loops are from a different publisher you probably need to add them via the internal file browser instead of the Loops tab. It should also work to drag and drop audio loops from the Windows Explorer into your project.

They dont download, or i cant find them. I look all foolders and nothing. In shop, at soundpool picture that i bought there is a white button to add to list but its is blurred and dont work.

@B4D Have you checked if the loops are listed in the download tab?

You can also manually download them from your user account at https://www.producerplanet.com

They are not on producerplanet, in the store they are marked BY Magix. And still nothing has them anywhere. I write to customer service, why they put something in the official store that does not work.

Which Soundpool pack did you buy?

Producer Planet is also the Magix 'store' for Soundpools, loops etc and caters for all the Magix audio programs as well, however you do need to filter the labels (Producers) as shown below

The soundpool you have purchased is shown on your screenshot as a "Beatbox kit". Does your version of MM include the Beatbox?

@B4D It looks like it was already downloaded, because all features that aren't downloaded will show a grey download arrow instead of the grey price label. Your LoFi House Kit shows nothing,

Have you added Beatbox to your project? You should be able to select this drum kit in the Beatbox settings. It's not a Soundpool, it's a selection of drum samples.

Ok i got it. Thanks for help everyone. Its now fine, but still program crashes again and again...rly wheres the times when i use FL and nothing bad hapends...xD
